Compania Națională Administrația Porturilor Maritime SA Constanța is the manager of the Romanian Black Sea port of Constanta. As a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February, the port is handling exports for Ukraine. It is also a port on the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR), also known as the Middle Corridor.
