Trieste, Italy (PortSEurope) November 17, 2017 – On November 7-8, 2017, Marco Zollia, Sales and Marketing Manager of Trieste Marine Terminal (TMT) S.p.A., has presented the company’s intermodal connections at NavigátorVilág in Budapest, Hungary.
Zollia presented TMT’s intermodal connections to/from Hungary, including the change of the terminal in Budapest and new trains routing via Austria.
The rail service, re-opened in 2015 with two round trip trains/week, today consists of seven round trip trains/week and will close the year with approximately 30.000 TEUs, thus reconfirming the positive market response to the via Trieste routing.
NavigátorVilág is a conference promoting freight forwarding which is the logistical chain’s software, where the change regarding the expectations of the contractor appears first, to which the answer has to be found by the same people in cooperation with the freighter companies. The inevitable knowledge of the logistical chain’s operation changes quickly. This two-day-long event’s goal is to present the economic and transport policy market environment which defines the cargo forwarding prices and quality.
