A Coruña participates at virtual Seatrade Cruise event

A Coruña, Spain (PortSEurope) October 17, 2020 – The Port Authority of A Coruña jas participated at the virtual world cruise fair organized by Seatrade Cruise. It is also participating in sector conferences with the aim of analyzing the future of one of an industry most affected by the Covid-19 coronavirus crisis and to address the challenges of the new reality. Everything points to a
huge effort adaptation that will involve a big change in safety and hygiene-sanitary protocols. For the present exercise were already scheduled 120 stops, with the forecast of recruitment of around 180,000 passengers. Figures that, by 2021, would rise to more than 130 stopovers and about 200,000 passengers. The Port Authority continues working to keep the traffic to generate profits for the tourism and services sector of the city and export its image to the whole world. The Port of A Coruña maintains the leadership position in its environment, with an attractive destination and a high quality in the services provided to ships and passengers.
