Alicante port authority tenders environmental improvement works

Alicante, Spain (PortSEurope) January 30, 2017 – Alicante port authority (Autoridad Portuaria de Alicante) has tendered the works for the project of applying corrective measures for the environmental improvement of piers 11, 13 and 17 of Alicante port. The execution period will be nine months and the estimated base budget of the tender stands at €1.997 million ($2.14 million). The opening of offers will take
place on March 14. Moreover, the state gazette Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE) has published the decision of the council of the port authority to grant an administrative concession to local company Cruceros Kontiki for the sale of cruise tickets.
