
Ancona port to host Adriatic Sea Forum in May

Ancona, Italy (PortSEurope) May 3, 2019 – Ancona port will host the Adriatic Sea Forum – cruise, ferry, sail & yacht, an international traveling event dedicated to tourism by sea in the Adriatic, organised by Tourism Replies, a tourist industry research and consultancy company. The event will run on May 30 and 31 with the aim of discussing the future development of tourism by sea in the
Adriatic, facilitating the development of new joint projects and creating opportunities for meetings and networking for all operators in the ferry and nautical sectors. The new edition of the forum follows those held in Trieste (2013), Dubrovnik (Croatia, 2015) and Budva (Montenegro, 2017). The event, which includes over 200 participants, will open with the presentation of the new edition of the Adriatic Sea Tourism Report of Risposte Turismo, which from 2013 analyses the flows, dimensions, nature and directions of tourist movements by sea in the seven countries of the Adriatic.
