Total cargo handling statistics at Turkish ports, January-June 2021

Istanbul, Turkey (PortSEurope) July 7, 2021 – The General Directorate of Maritime Affairs has reported that in June 2021 its ports handled 43.49 million tons of cargo, compared to 43.36 million tons in the previous month. In January-June 2021, foreign trade accounted for 188.2 million tons; cabotage 30.45 million; and transit 37.23 million tons.
