Ceuta Call For Links To Moroccan Ports

Ceuta call for links to Moroccan ports

Ceuta, Spain (PortSEurope) January 2, 2018 – Ceuta president, Juan Vivas (PP), has formally made a request to the central Spanish government for the establishment of a fast sea line connecting the Moroccan ports of Marina Smir and Tangier, to Ceuta. According to Vivas, the aim is to “strengthen the commercial and cultural relations between the two shores”. This idea has been gaining ground for a few
months now. As we announced at that time. The connection will be aboard a catamaran with a capacity of up to 250 people. Lasting 45 minutes, the crossing should relieve pressure at the borders and make it more pleasant for Moroccan tourists to move to the enclave.
