Ceuta, Spain (PortSEurope) April 11, 2017 – Ceuta port will officially open the 2017 cruise season with the arrival of the vessel “Pacific Princess” arriving in Ceuta from the port of Trapani (Italy) and departing to Portimao (Portugal).

As reported by the port authority (Autoridad Portuaria de Ceuta) in a statement, the North American shipping company Princess Cruises is operating regularly in the port of Ceuta since the “Ocean Princess” cruise was handled in previous years, as was the “Pacific Princess”.

The port authority has stressed that these calls confirm the company’s interest in looking at the Ceuta port within the itineraries of its cruises. Pacific Princess is a luxury cruise ship with 181 meters of length and 5.8 meters of draft. It can accommodate 670 passengers in its 338 cabins.

The ship carries about 670 tourists, mostly Britons and Americans, and about 375 crew members of different nationalities.
