Ceuta, Spain (PortSEurope) June 19, 2018 – Ceuta port plans to promote its services in major marketing events in the port sector in Europe.
The strategy was discussed at a meeting between the president of Autoridad Portuaria de Ceuta (APC – Port Authority of Ceuta), Rafael Rodríguez, and the president of the Entrepreneurs Confederation, Karim Bulaix, to exchange opinions.
At the meeting, several topics were discussed, with a special interest in everything related to security in the port area. The port authority has among its objectives the elaboration of a programme of direct commercial missions to different countries and the assistance to the major events of the sector in Europe, which are held in alternate years, such as Posidonia in Greece and Nor-Shipping in Norway.
Also, the new head of the Port Authority has highlighted the attention that must be paid to the evolution of the supply of fuels to ships, where Ceuta will have to find its space, as the service has crucial importance for the port.
