Constanta port to benefit from new strategic projects in public–private partnership

Constanta, Romania (PortSEurope) August 29, 2018 – The Government adopted on August 23 a decision for the approval of 16 strategic investment objectives which are to be prepared and assigned in public-private partnership, by the National Commission of Strategy and Forecast, eight of which are new projects. Included is the extension of Constanta port by building additional operation terminals, piers 3 and 4 of south Constanta
port, which can become an important point of attraction for investors and creates facilities for the handling of high-capacity vessels, and will lead to increasing the capacity of maritime passenger and freight transport, implicitly the increase in the volume of trade.
