Zagreb, Croatia (PortSEurope) July 8, 2019 – The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) Board of Governors has announced that Energia Naturalis plans a takeover offer for Luka Ploče d.d.
Earlier this year, Energia Naturalis acquired 2,848 ordinary shares of Luka Ploče increasing its stake to 25.62% of its share capital. This should trigger a takeover order.
Energy Naturalis (ENNA) is a holding company that owns 20 companies, including the PPD group (First Gas Company).
In October 2014, PPD became the largest single shareholder of Luka Ploče and after acquiring almost 15% of shares.
