Verona, Italy (PortSEurope) April 9, 2019 – Germany’s Kombiverkehr plans to launch an intermodal service linking the Interporto Quadrante Europa terminal in Verona to the Südwestfalen Container Terminal in Kreuztal on May 6.
The new service will complement the connection that the Frankfurt-based company offers in cooperation with Mercitalia Intermodal between the Kornwestheim terminal, in Baden-Württenberg, and Interporto Quadrante Europa, enhancing its offer of Kombiverkehr via Brennero to a total of 148 train departures per week.
Kombiverkehr is an intermodal transport business based in Frankfurt, Germany. It is an intermodal operator in Europe, operating a fleet of block trains linking 30 countries.
