Hellenic Statistical Authority announces traffic of passengers, goods and mobile units in Greek ports for Q2 2021

Athens, Greece (PortSEurope) December 16, 2021 – ELSTAT, the Greek statistical authority, has published cargo & passenger figures for quarter 2, 2020. The figures show the start of a recovery from the Covid-19 coronavirus crisis. Total handling of cargo in Greek ports in the 2nd quarter 2021 was 39.14 million tons, up +5.7% on 2020 (37 million tons). In turn, Q2 2020 was -11.5% on
the previous year.
