
Hungarian government puts Koper port investment projects “on hold”

Koper, Slovenia (PortSEurope) November 22, 2018 – Hungary’s government plans to put its investment projects at Slovenia’s Koper port “on hold”, prime minister Viktor Orbán said.
Hungary will not be able to take part in the development of the port of Koper and the extension of the railway line to the harbour, Orbán said.
However, the Hungarian government will be looking at the port of Trieste and potential investment projects there, he added.
