Luka Kotor signs concession agreement for Kotor port

Kotor, Montenegro (PortSEurope) March 26, 2019 – Montenegrin company Luka Kotor has signed a concession agreement to operate Kotor harbour for a period of 12 years. According to the terms of the concession agreement, Luka Kotor plans to invest €5 million in the overhaul of the port until the expiry of the contract. The agreement was proposed by the Montenegrin government, as Luka Kotor has been operating
