Málaga, Spain (PortSEurope) March 15, 2019 – Málaga port authority has started the tender for a private company to operate two vertical silos.
The warehouses will be destined for the reception, storage and delivery of liquid bulk, such as olive oil. They will be of new construction and will be located at the docks 6 and 7.
The successful company will have six years extendable for their exploitation. It is practically the last parcels available in the docks of the port.
For Autoridad Portuaria de Málaga (APM – Port Authority of Málaga) it is a priority to enable new storage spaces, which go through the reform and conditioning to the industrial use of the Pescadería dock, which is in disuse.
