Valletta, Malta (Ports Europe) August 9, 2021 – Infrastructure Minister Ian Borg has presented the government’s proposals to regenerate the Grand Harbour. This includes expanding the cruise terminal, relocating cargo handling and using quayside buildings for recreational activities.
