Mario Sommariva is new president of AdSP del Mar Ligure Orientale

La Spezia, Italy (PortSEurope) January 6, 2021 – Mario Sommariva, has been appointed the new President of Autorita’di Sistema Portuale del Mar Ligure Orientale (AdSP – Eastern Ligurian Sea Port Authority) who succeeds Carla Roncallo. Born in Genoa in 1957, Sommariva has been active in the maritime sector since 1977. He has returned from the role of Secretary General at the port of Trieste for
two consecutive terms, a position previously held also at the Port Authority of Bari (from 2007 to 2014 ). Added to this are important positions in the field of labour policies in the maritime and port sector, with important experience at the Chamber of Deputies and as a member of the National Transport Operational Plan at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
