Maxim Shirokov has been appointed head of the Black Sea branch of USPA

Chernomorsk, Ukraine (PortSEurope) November 5, 2020 – On November 4, 2020, Maksym Anatoliyovych Shirokov took over the duties of the head of the Black Sea branch of Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) (Administration of the Seaport of Chernomorsk). The relevant order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine was signed on November 3 of this year. In 1999, Maxim Shirokov graduated from Kyiv National University of Economics with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, and in 2017 from Odessa
National Maritime University with a degree in Transportation Organization and Transport Management . He has been working in the port industry since 2007. He began his career at the Kherson Sea Commercial Port, and since 2008 has held various positions at the South Sea Port (formerly the South Sea). He has headed the South Seaport Administration since its establishment in 2013. From February to December 2019worked as the General Director of the Risoil SA group of terminals. From December 2019 to November 2020 he held the position of Chief of the South Seaport Administration.
