Bar, Montenegro (PortSEurope), June 3, 2017 – Montenegro’s government has proposed to the shareholders’ meeting of Luka Bar a.d., the operator of Bar port, the appointment of new board members.
The Montenegrin government proposes to the shareholders’ meeting of Luka Bar the appointment of Borislav Lalević, Anđelko Lojpur, Branislav Branković and Sead Delalić as board members representing the state-owned shareholding in the company.
The new board members will replace Predrag Ivanović, Goran Jevrić, Žarko Pavićević and Zdravko Gvozdenović, the government said.
