
Montenegro’s Luka Bar books €22.1 million loss in 2018

Bar, Montenegro (PortSEurope) April 3, 2019 – Luka Bar AD, the state-owned operator of Montenegro’s Bar port, recorded a loss of €22.1 million ($24.8 million) in 2018, versus a €942,000 profit ($1.1 million) in 2017. The revenue of the company declined to €8.6 million ($9.6 million) from €10.3 million ($11.6 million), while operating profit fell to €290,000 ($325,000) from €1.1 million ($1.2 million).
