
Noatum terminal for solid bulks in the port of Sagunto will have 22,000 m2

València, Spain (PortSEurope) January 26, 2021 – The Official State Gazette (BOE) has reported on a decision resolution by Autoridad Portuaria de València (APV – Valenciaport, Port Authority of Valencia) to grant an administrative concession for the occupation of an area of 21,295 m² in the port of Sagunto. The 25-year concession is for the construction and operation of a facility for the storage of
solid agri-food and fertilizer bulks and whose entry or exit occurs through the port enclave of Sagunto. These facilities will also allow the storage of other bulks. Private investment, according to Francesc Sánchez, APV director, has reached €6.7 million ($8.12 million) and encompasses everything related to the facilities – including the warehouse itself and the scale – while an additional investment of almost €1.7 millionin the consolidation and improvement of the land is also planned.
