Piraeus, Greece (PortSEurope) June 26, 2020 – Piraeus Port Authority SA has announced the resignation of Liagkos Athanassios, board of directors (BoD) representative for the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF – government agency responsible for privatising Greek state-owned assets), effective from June 28, 2020. From the same date, the board will be: Mr. YU ZengGang, shareholders representative, Chairman of the BoD, Executive Member of the
BoD.Mr. FU Chengqiu, shareholders representative, CEO, Executive Member of the BoD.Mr. ZHU Jianhui, shareholders representative, Non-Executive Member of the BoD.Mr. Feng Boming, shareholders representative, Non-Executive Member of the BoD.Mr.KWONG Che Keung Gordon, shareholders representative, Independent Non-Executive Member of the BoD.Mr. IP Sing Chi, shareholders representative, Independent Non-Executive Member of the BoD.Mr. ARVANITIS Νikolaos, shareholders representative, Independent Non-Executive Member of the BoD.Mr. KARAMANEAS Charalampis, shareholders representative, Non-Executive Member of the BoD.Mr. MORALIS Ioannis, shareholders representative, Non-Executive Member of the BoD.
