
Port of Viana do Castelo increases cargo handling

Viana do Castelo, Portugal (PortSEurope) September 17, 2021 – The Northern Port of Viana do Castelo handled around 265,000 tons of cargo during the first eight months of 2021, an increase of 8.8% on the same period of last year. Volume growth was driven primarily by an 11% increase in solid bulk and a larger 42% rise in liquid bulk. The number of ships and
