Noatum board approves corporate restructuring

Santander, Spain (PortSEurope) February 2, 2017 – The board of directors of Spanish shipping group Noatum approved a new corporate structure that reinforces port infrastructure unit Noatum Maritime. The project envisages the inclusion of all terminals whose main activity is not container handling in the list of assets of Noatum Maritime.
