Naples, Italy (PortSEurope) October 15, 2019 – Autorita’ di Sistema Portuale del Mar Tirreno Centro-Settentrionale (AdSP – Centre-North Tyrrhenian Sea Port Authority) has interviewed the President of Assarmatori, Stefano Messina, where he talks about the role of institutions, the government and the port authorities (AdSP) on different levels: from the implementation of the agreements for the “Silk Road”, to the definition of strategies able to to make ports competitive, to complete the port reform and above all to fully operate it. Specifying that the task of his association is to provide members with useful tools of understanding to move in the global market.
Assarmatori is an association for shipowners and operators operating within Italy. This gives for the first time a strong centre for representation for the entire maritime industry, both at the national and international levels, which can also generate greater employment in Italy.
