Livorno, Italy (PortSEurope) June 11, 2018 – Ram Oil & Gas Srl and NEC Srl, both specialists in the oil and petroleum sectors, have taken space at Interporto Vespucci.
The companies bring expertise in engineering, lifting, construction, assembly and maintenance of plant and 40 employees. Interporto space is now 75% occupied, and is expected to be full by end-year.
CEO of Ram, Alessandro Ceccotti, said, “The investment represented by the purchase of the Guasticce office by Ram is a direct demonstration of the fact that we believe in Interporto. Parallel to the purchase of offices we are starting a workshop for the production of modular and autonomous pre-assembled systems (skid). Soon we will build three for BHGE Nuovo Pignone, a long-term customer of Ram Oil & Gas”.
General manager of NEC, Giorgio Copelli, whose company is also involved in the European Blue Corridor initiative, being a producer of micro-gas and gas biogas systems for heavy transport, spoke about the Guasticce Pole as a hub of extreme interest because of its proximity to the reference markets: “We intend to present ourselves as a strategic partner for Interporto”, he said.
