Spanish ports have strong representation at the Fruit Attraction Fair in Madrid

Madrid, Spain (PortSEurope) October 22, 2019 – Spanish ports are well represented at the Fruit Attraction Fair in Madrid with a powerful offer of products and services for the market of fresh fruits, legumes and vegetables. At the “Ports of Spain” stand, and under the motto “Connecting the World to Fresh Food”, 15 port authorities will be present (Bahía de Algeciras, Bahía de Cádiz, Bilbao, Cartagena, Castellón, Ferrol-San
Cibrao, Huelva, Las Palmas, Málaga, Marín and Ría de Pontevedra, Motril, Sevilla, Tarragona, Valencia and Vigo ) as part of a countrywide port system offering 85 million m² of land surface and storage areas, cold stores with about 2 million m³ capacity, more than 300,000 linear metres of docking, connections with many ports in the world, border inspection points (PIF), phytosanitary services, and many kinds of logistics solutions. Fruit Logistica represents an excellent opportunity to establish contact with the main suppliers of this market and continue positioning itself as the first import / export power of fruits, legumes and vegetables worldwide.
