
The first freight train from Guangzhou, China, is headed for Odessa

Odessa, Ukraine (PortSEurope) June 14, 2021 – A cargo train has left the Chinese port of Guangzhou heading to Odessa in Ukraine carrying 50 containers. Guangzhou is the capital and most populous city of the province of Guangdong in southern China. The multimodal route covers 8,408 km. In Mongolia, the train was reloaded at the Erenhot railway docking port. Rail connections between China and Ukraine
