Madrid, Spain (PortSEurope) February 13, 2020 – Puertos del Estado (PdE) has reported that the 46 ports of general interest in Spain handled 564,611,193 tons of cargo in 2019, a new historical high, and up 0.19% on the previous year’s 563.55 million tons. The top five ports for by cargo volume were: Algeciras (109.373 million tons, +1.87%)Valencia (81.076 million tons, +5.81%)Barcelona (67.67 million tons, -0.12%)Bilbao
