Trieste, Italy (PortSEurope) February 11, 2019 – Trieste Marine Terminal srl (TMT) has announced a new train service to Hengersberg, south-eastern Bavaria, Germany.

The first train departed from Trieste on January 11, 2019, to connect with Sägewerk Schwaiger GmbH & Co. Holger Wittmer, Procurement Manager of Sägewerk Schwaiger, said that the new service would reduce both journey times of containers and costs.
