Today, June 25, at its meeting, the Government approved a decision on the boundaries of the territory and waters of the Black Sea port of Chornomorsk. The relevant draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers was developed by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine – June 25, 2020 “The Government has just supported the changes we have developed to correctly define the boundaries of the territory
and waters of the Black Sea seaport. This is an important decision that will allow the port to develop stably, and investors – to understand what is the territory of the port in which they plan to implement their promising projects”, said the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladyslav Krykliy. In addition, a clear definition of the boundaries of the territory and waters of the Black Sea port will prevent the illegal disposal of its lands and eliminate a number of conflicts that arise between the state, local governments and private landowners. According to Krykliy, the Black Sea seaport is currently actively preparing for the transfer to a concession with the aim of its modernization and further stable development. the government has just signed the concession agreement for Kherson port with Risoil.
