
Urbaser awarded road cleaning and waste collection contract

Barcelona, Spain (PortSEurope) December 19, 2019 – Urbaser SA has been awarded a contract for road cleaning and collection waste in public areas of the port. the value of the contract is €839,669.9 ($934,337 million) per year. These areas are formed by piers, roads, urbanized or semi-urbanized areas, esplanades, among others. The urban waste collection service generated by buildings is also part of the contract
and premises managed by the Port of Barcelona or which may be considered public or in common use by the community port.
