Port Yuzhniy, Ukraine (PortSEurope) April 24, 2017 – Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) has awarded a contract for the dredging of the access channel to Port Yuzhniy to Novadeal, a subsidiary of Belgium’s DEME Group. Novatel placed an offer of UAH 586 million ($23 million/€20.3 million) for the dredging of the access channel, USPA said….
