CILSA
CILSA (CENTRO INTERMODAL DE LOGÍSTICA, S.A., S.M.E.), is a state trading company managed by the Board of Directors, and chaired by the President of the APB (Autoritat Portuària de Barcelona). CILSA is part of the public sector and its shareholders are made up of the Barcelona Port Authority – APB (51.5%) and Merlin Properties (48.5%). It manages the lands owned by the APB, located in the municipalities of Barcelona and in El Prat de Llobregat.
