JSC United Shipbuilding Corporation

Joint Stock Company United Shipbuilding Corporation was established on March 21, 2007 in accordance with the decree of the President of Russia V. V. Putin No. 394. 100% of the shares of USC JSC are federally owned.

The Corporation is the largest shipbuilding company in Russia. The holding includes about 40 design bureaus and specialized research centers, shipyards, ship repair and machine-building enterprises, on the basis of which most of the domestic shipbuilding complex is consolidated. USC enterprises operate in all major port and transport hubs of the Federation – from Kaliningrad to Khabarovsk, from Murmansk to Astrakhan, employing about 95 thousand people.

In the area from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific Ocean, USC is a leader in the field of shipbuilding. Currently, most of the domestic shipbuilding complex is consolidated on the basis of USC.
