The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a country located in the southeast of the Arabian Peninsula in Western Asia. It is bordered by Saudi Arabia to the west and south, and by Oman to the east. The UAE is a federation of seven emirates, each with its own ruler. The capital is Abu Dhabi, and the largest city is Dubai.
