Tanger Med
Tanger Med is a Moroccan industrial port complex, located 45 km northeast of Tangier and opposite Tarifa in Spain (15 km north) on the Strait of Gibraltar. It is a port complex operated by the Tanger Med Port Authority. Part of the port is occupied by the the Logistics Free Zone “ZFL” managed by the company Medhub. This includes Tanger Automotive City. Tanger Med achieved record throughput of more than 7 million TEU in 2021.
