Genoa, Italy (PortSEurope) May 15, 2017 – Hapag-Lloyd has announced the improvement of its IMEX service between the Mediterranean, India and the Middle East with the establishment of a new rotation that will allow better transit times.
The new service rotation is as follows: Khor Fakkan, Jebel Ali, Port Qasim, Mundra, Nhava Sheva, Jeddah, Malta, La Spezia, Genoa, Barcelona, Valencia, Tangier, Fos Sur Mer, Genoa, Malta, Damietta and Jeddah.
The “Jazan” ship, which is scheduled to call at Khor Fakkan next Thursday, will be the first vessel to perform the new rotation. In the eastward direction, the new service will connect Valencia with Jeddah in just 15 days, while the transit from Barcelona will be 17 days.
