Italy’s Mercitalia launches rail freight line linking Verona to Bari

Bari, Italy (PortSEurope) November 27, 2018 – Italian freight railway operator Mercitalia Intermodal has launched a service to connect Verona’s Interporto Quadrante Europa logistics complex to the port city of Bari. The service offers the possibility to carry out from an export many destinations in Northern Europe (Germany, Scandinavia, Belgium, the Netherlands) as well as to use the connections from the port of Bari to the
