
Morocco Cruises Line considers Motril port service

Motril, Spain (PortSEurope) February 19, 2021 – Representative of the Morocco Cruises Line shipping company, Mohamed Laiazic El-kadiri, has met with José García Fuentes of Autoridad Portuaria de Motril (APM – Port Authority of Motril), to discuss the start of a new daily line with Morocco. The proposal is for a Ro-Ro vessel with capacity for more than 120 cargo units (Ro-Ro trailers and complete
trucks) and 53 drivers (passengers) who travel with their trailers or semi-trailers for work. “The Port of Motril has been working intensively in recent months to restart connections with Morocco,” said José García Fuentes. Morocco Cruise Line is a 100% Moroccan maritime company providing regular ferry crossings between Tangier and Sète, France, for passengers, animals, vehicles and goods.
