Constanta, Romania (Ports Europe) April 2, 2024 – Ussuri Capital will build a low-carbon steel plant in Romania, an investment of almost €1 billion. The company said the plant will be built close to the Black Sea Port of Constanta which supports imports of raw materials and steel exports. No actual site has been confirmed….
