
CEO Capt. Fu Chengqiu resigns from Piraeus Port Authority

Piraeus, Greece (PortSEurope) July 27, 2020 – Piraeus Port Authority SA (PPA) has reported that it has accepted the resignation of Capt. Fu Chengqiu as CEO of the company with immediate effect. The election of Mr. Zhang Anming has been elected executive board of directors member with the role of acting PPA SA CEO. On the basis of the above, the reconstitution of the Board
of Directors as of 24th July 2020, as below: 1. Mr. YU ZengGang, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Member. 2. Mr. ZHU Jianhui, Non-Executive Member. 3. Mr. FENG Boming, Non-Executive Member. 4. Mr. KWONG Che Keung Gordon, Independent Non-Executive Member. 5. Mr. IP Sing Chi, Independent Non-Executive Member. 6. Mr. Zhang Anming, Executive Member, acting CEO. 7. Mr. ARVANITIS Νikolaos, Independent Non-Executive Member. 8. Mr. KARAMANEAS Charalampis, Non-Executive Member. 9.
