
Damieta Port Authority signs contract to build new breakwater
Damietta, Egypt (PortSEurope) January 29, 2021 – Damieta Port Authority has singed a contract with the local Hassan Allam Construction to build a new new western breakwater at the New-Damietta harbour. The new western breakwater is about 3600 linear meters long, and will consist of a core layer, first filtration, protection & filer layers, armor layer, tetrapod and a precast concrete cube layer. The structure
