PRESS RELEASE – HRADF requests improved financial offers from the three eligible investors for the Alimos marina – April 5, 2019
The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), during today’s meeting approved the binding offers submitted by the three investment schemes for the concession of the right to use and exploit the marina of Alimos for a period of 40 years.
According to the terms of the tender, HRADF requests improved financial offers from the following investment schemes (in alphabetical order):
• AKTOR CONCESSIOS SA
• AVIAREPS- COSMOS CONSORTIOUM
• LAMDA DOGUS MARINA INVESTMENTS SA
and invites them to participate in the e-Auction, process which shall take place on Tuesday April 16, 2019.
This will be the first time that an e-Auction process will be followed in a concession tender. Through this new strategic approach, HRADF strengthens the transparency of the tender process while creating a competitive bidding environment with a view to increase the total final revenue for the Greek State.
The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) is responsible for privatising Greek state-owned assets.
