Huelva, Spain (PortSEurope) October 10, 2018 – Agence Nationale des Ports (ANP – the National Ports Agency) and Autoridad Portuaria de Huelva (APH – Port Authority of Huelva) plan to constitute a mixed commission to identify opportunities for improving the maritime connection between Morocco and the Spanish harbour.
The institutions agreed to hold regular meetings to monitor the work of identifying new market niches and business opportunities, as well as the conclusions that are derived. On the other hand, they also agreed to go hand in hand with international forums of a commercial and logistical nature to contact shipowners, operators and shipping companies with a full range of services.
The agreement is the result of the meeting that took place on October 10 in the port of Huelva with a delegation from the ANP, led by its general director, Nadia Laraki, who has been accompanied by the General Director of Strategy and regulation of the ANP, El Filali Sghir and the General Manager of the Port of Casablanca, Harrak Anouar.
