Hamburg, Germany (Ports Europe) September 13, 2023 – MSC – Mediterranean Shipping Company has made a bid to acquire 49.9% of HHLA-Hamburger Hafen und Logistik, the state-controlled Hamburg Port operator. MSC has offered about $18 per HHLA share. HHLA is 69% owned by the city of Hamburg. Logistics businessman Klaus-Michael Kühne may also be interested and make a counter-bid….
