Porto Torres, Italy (PortSEurope) November 8, 2018 – Italian company Onorato Armatori has said its subsidiary Tirrenia plans to operate 762 departures of its Genoa-Porto Torres line in 2019, up from 728 this year.
In this way, the company has dismissed the rumours about the potential abandonment of the service. Instead, an additional ro-ro ship will be included in the service, Onorato Armatori said.
The introduction of the ship will allow Onorato Armatori to optimise the frequencies of the service, confirming the commitment to Sardinia’s Porto Torres port.
