Turkish ports reports increased total cargo in first half of 2020

Istanbul, Turkey (PortSEurope) July 30, 2020 – The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs, has announced that despite the Covid-19 coronavirus crisis, the amount of cargo handled by Turkish ports in the first half of 2020 was 243,435,583 tons, an increase of 2.9% compared on the same period of the previous year.
