Alexandroupolis Port Authority administration visits Burgas, Bulgaria

Burgas, Bulgaria (PortSEurope) December 3, 2019 – President and Managing Director of Port Authority of Alexandroupolis, Konstantinos Hadjimihail and Mr. Konstantinos Hadjikonstantinou, have visited the port of Burgas, Bulgaria.

The visit was carried out in the framework of the project “Sailing across the Black Sea (SaBS)” implemented by the Port Authority of Alexandroupolis, with partners Glasgas Sports and Fishing Group and the International Center for Policy Research and Analysis (ICSR) from Batumi, Georgia.

During the two-day stay, the Greeks held a series of meetings with executives and port operators of both the public port authority and the private BMF Company, which manages the West Terminal and Eastern II concessions.

The President of the Greek port authority spoke about the importance of ties and cooperation between the two ports. Konstantinos Hadjimihail spoke at the launch of the 4th technical meeting of the project partners, while Konstantinos Hadjikonstantinou spoke about the need for further development of trade relations.
